Development Coordinator - AJC - CampaignThe Development Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for supporting foundations, ensuring the efficient coordination of foundation activities and governance processes. In this role, the chosen candidate will schedule and coordinate meetings, manage grant administration and consent processes, maintain accurate database records, and organize files and documentation. The Development Coordinator will also serve as a key liaison with departments across The Associated to support billing processes, facilitate communication, and coordinate monthly cross-departmental meetings.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.Key Responsibilities:Report and manage endowment commitments and agreementsOrganize and maintain files, sort and distribute mailAssist and review donor recognition materialsSchedule annual meetings of the supporting foundationsManage grant administration and consent processesSkills and Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required1-3 years work related experienceAbility to be flexiblePassion for and commitment to The Associated's missionAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to manage and resolve conflictAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to work in a diverse group of peopleIntermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programsCompensation & Benefits:Salary range is $55,000-$60,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
