Green Team Worldwide Environmental Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Development Associate to join our team. As a Development Associate, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth coordination of various aspects of our operations. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely, but occasional travel within the USA is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Manager
- Review and respond to requests from landlords/contractors and coordinate actions needed with area managers.
- Create weekly/monthly reports for upper management.
- Work with company’s software on daily basis to complete various tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Salary
$54,000 / year (for the first 6 months, with a salary review and increase at the end of the period) + quarterly bonuses based on performance, health insurance benefits, 10-days paid PTO per year
