Development and Partnership VISTA

The VISTA member will build the organizational capacity of GROW Initiative GA by supporting fund development, partnership cultivation, donor engagement, grant research, grant writing, grant management systems, and communications efforts that position the organization for long-term growth. Through these activities, the member will help GROW strengthen its case for support, diversify revenue opportunities, document community impact, and create sustainable systems that increase visibility, funding readiness, grant stewardship, and collaboration across Coastal Georgia

Member Duties :

The goal of this project is to strengthen the organizational capacity of GROW Initiative GA by improving data systems, communication tools, and documentation practices that support community-based programs, resource development, and long-term sustainability. Through this work, GROW can better track outcomes, communicate impact, and expand access to education, health, nutrition, and support services for underserved residents in Savannah and Coastal Georgia
