Development and Partnership Manager

To support the mission of enhancing mental wellness in the veterinary profession, the full-time remote Development and Partnership Manager will manage fundraising initiatives, cultivate relationships with donors and partners, and assist in marketing efforts to increase organizational awareness and support. Key Responsibilities Support implementation of annual fundraising and development strategies, including donor outreach and campaign management Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the veterinary industry, coordinating outreach and follow-up activities Assist in executing marketing and communication strategies, including social media and promotional materials for events and campaigns Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Approximately 2-4 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, marketing, or a related area preferred Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and basic marketing analytics preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a small team
