Development and Communications Manager

Supporting fundraising and organizational communications, the part-time Development and Communications Manager will manage donor outreach, fundraising campaigns, and content creation while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Implement ECAN's annual fundraising plan and coordinate donor stewardship and fundraising activities Create engaging content for various platforms, manage social media and email communications, and maintain website content Collaborate with staff and external partners to coordinate development and communications projects and assist with reporting on activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Three or more years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, communications, or marketing Experience with donor communications, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment Familiarity with nonprofit CRM/database systems and digital communications platforms preferred
