Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial reports for development companies internally and to external partners
- Performs special analytical and accounting studies as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assists in the proper coding of invoices to ensure expenditures are reflected in the correct general ledger accounts
- Assists in the proper coding of invoices, including analysis and reconciliation to ensure expenditures are reflected in the correct general ledger accounts
- Tracks costs against Investment Committee approved budgets
- Reconciles costs on Development Project Cost System to general ledger
- Reconciles intercompany balances and transactions
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliations. Works with Transaction Services to clear all reconciling items on a timely basis
