Developer Technologies Product Marketer

Job TitleYou will have the opportunity to champion the needs of the developer community. You'll evangelize key product and technology capabilities developing and implementing effective marketing plans and activities through the entire customer journey.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic product marketing plans that include multiple strategies, including campaigns, that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ArcGIS productsAlign product marketing efforts and strategy with product development efforts and product roadmapsDevelop user and buyer personas for assigned product(s) based on target audiences of ArcGIS productsDevelop persona-based product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for assigned product(s)Execute product marketing strategies, including campaigns, that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of assigned product(s)Lead, coordinate, and execute new product launches, internal communications, and multichannel enablementConduct market research to influence product messaging based on understanding of the competitive landscapeMeasure and analyze performance of executed product marketing plan and associated strategiesCreate engaging content, including web pages, videos, case studies, press releases, advertisements, and product resourcesDevelop key performance indicators to measure product performance in marketRequirementsTwo (2) years of experience in the job offered, or two (2) years of experience in a related occupationMust demonstrate experience in the Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; Cloud-Based Visual Collaboration Platforms, such as Lucid Chart or Miro; UAT; Data Analytics; SQL; Figma; and Marketing Automation Tools.Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related fieldTotal RewardsEsri's competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
