Specialized Developer IIIThe client is seeking a Specialized Developer III to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. - Python, SAS, SQL etc.) to support business requirements.Job Responsibilities:Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applicationsAnalyze the needs and build solutions to ensure all developed module/software using Python are reliable, efficient, reusable, and understandable.Design, develop, and implement applications using Python, SAS, SQL to support business requirementsBuild database API services based on Python frameworksIntegrate existing ETL process from SAS on-prem to SAS/Python on cloudAct as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis effortsAct as a Python expert technical resource and share technical expertise with developersLeverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solutionAssure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areaBe flexible and thrive in an evolving environmentAdapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive mannerEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required5+ years of IT experience with strong database development experience using Python, SAS, PL/SQL, SQL. 2 years of AWS experiencesKnowledge of Unix command.
