To drive user activation and success, the full-time remote Developer Advocate will engage with high-intent signups, providing personalized support and creating valuable content while building AI-assisted workflows to enhance outreach efforts. Key responsibilities Activate high-intent signups by providing personalized follow-up and support for trial and developer-tier users Create tutorials, videos, and posts to establish a public voice and help developers recognize the value of the platform Build AI-assisted workflows for outreach and usage analysis, ensuring meaningful assistance reaches all signups Required qualifications A technical foundation from a prior role, such as a developer or customer-facing technologist, with the ability to troubleshoot SDK integrations Genuine empathy for developers and a motivation to solve real problems Curiosity about business mechanics, including funnels and activation, with a desire to design and improve processes Fluency with AI tools and experience building workflows Strong communication skills across various formats, including writing, video, and live sessions
