Grand Prairie Police Department is seeking a Detention Team Lead to join our team. The role builds on the duties of a Detention Officer and adds training oversight, shift supervision, and daily operational decisions to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
You will conduct and evaluate training for new officers, review intakes and releases, monitor staff performance, and ensure policies are followed. Regular attendance is required.
