Mercor is seeking experienced First-Line Supervisors of Police and Detectives to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in your domain. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting‑edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule.

- Develop deliverables regarding common requests within your professional domain.
- Review peer‑developed deliverables to improve AI research.

- 4+ years professional experience in your respective field.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
More About the Opportunity
- Expected workload: ~20 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
- Payment: All experts will receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz, regardless of pass or fail outcome. Experts who pass the onboarding quiz will immediately enter a work trial period where they will receive a one‑time $1,500 payment conditioned on successful approval of their first task. After which, expert payment will shift to hourly pay.
- Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 3‑4 weeks.
