As a Detail - Make Ready Specialist , you’ll be the finishing touch that transforms vehicles from “just cleaned” to showroom ready . This is more than just washing cars—this is about creating a great first impression and helping customers fall in love with their vehicle.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall readiness
- Hand wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles to a high standard
- Deep clean interiors: vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing every surface
- Perform minor touch-ups and cosmetic repairs
- Keep track of work completed and report any issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and the vehicles
What We’re Looking For
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 consecutive years
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in automotive detailing or a related field preferred
- Familiar with tools like buffers, polishers, and steam cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, polished results
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Preferred But Not Required
- Experience with paint correction or interior restoration
- Customer service or client-facing experience
