To support the development of an advanced desktop AI IDE, the full-time Desktop UI Developer will create complex, interactive user interfaces using Python, C++, and JavaScript while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and evolve the UI of the AI IDE, building interactive components and workflows Turn product and design concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and performance Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product/design specialists to integrate UI with underlying systems Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in developing complex, interactive UIs for desktop applications Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++, with experience in JavaScript Understanding of UI architecture, component design, and application state management Experience with asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance optimization Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B1 level); portfolio of developed interfaces required
