Desktop TechnicianLocation: San Diego, CA – Day 1 OnsiteJob Description:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365Image and install software on Windows, and Apple laptops/desktopsTroubleshoot post deployment issues on multiple computer platforms: Windows, Macintosh and mobile devicesKnowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLANIdentify and resolve hardware and software application conflictsOpen and close service requests, as well as manage the classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests or incidentsResponsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management systemCollaborate with cross functional teams to properly onboard incoming new hiresEnsure that hardware is properly assigned and updated into our management systemProvide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipmentWork with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardwareEnsure that resolutions are consistent with company standards and policies.Requirements:Prefer 10 years IT experience, including technical training, providing white glove service to Executive customers of VP and aboveMinimum 4 years of Office 365 experience, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the O365 suiteKnowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, (including portables) and Microsoft Office suite of applicationsExperience with imaging windows 10 OS.Familiar with basic network concepts ( e.g.
