We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Desktop Systems Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain reliable desktop systems and IT infrastructure.

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in desktop support, hardware, software, and endpoint issues.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with desktop systems, workstations, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing and ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation.
- Understanding of network connectivity and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of user account management, password administration, data integrity, and endpoint security.
- Ability to manage incidents, prioritize service requests, and meet support SLAs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to IT operational procedures and compliance.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and nontechnical users.
