Year Up United’s Desktop Support Training Program prepares young adults for entry-level IT help desk roles in educational and corporate environments. In this full-time, paid training, you’ll learn desktop support fundamentals, including Windows, basic networking, hardware setup, and ticketing systems through hands-on labs and real-world projects. You’ll also build professional skills like communication, customer service, and teamwork while receiving coaching and career support.
Upon completion, you’ll be ready to pursue help desk and desktop support positions with Year Up’s network of employer partners.
