Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information. Conducts password changes. Computer imaging and wiping.
Shipping back assets to depot. Utilizes ServiceNow for ticketing, Escalates problems/issues to higher level support if unable to resolve.TOP 2 SKILLS REQUIRED: Desktop Support (Min. 1 year experience) and customer service.
A+ certification is a plus.
