This role will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting POS devices and peripherals while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Support and troubleshoot Windows POS devices.Image, configure, and deploy Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems.Maintain and support POS hardware and peripherals.Manage hardware inventory and asset tracking.Support device refresh and rollout projects.Diagnose and resolve hardware and operating system issues.Utilize ServiceNow for incident and request management.Follow ITIL best practices for service delivery.Collaborate with end users and technical teams to provide excellent support.Required Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience supporting Windows POS devices.Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying POS hardware.Familiarity with HP Engage Go, Ingenico, or similar POS systems and peripherals.Strong hardware and OS troubleshooting skills.Experience managing IT assets and inventory.Working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
