About the Opportunity
We’re looking for hands-on PC LAN technician to support a large-scale computer refresh project across 30+ county departments. This role is ideal for someone with desktop support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, configuring computers, and helping end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, image, and reimage Windows desktops and laptops.
- Install software and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist users with Outlook, printers, network access, and device setup.
- Track IT equipment, maintain inventory, and update asset records in ServiceNow.
- Support PC deployment, equipment refreshes, and quality checks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on desktop support and Windows PC troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, IMAC, and PC hardware.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar tools is a plus. xhqgsiq
