If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with technology, and solving real-world problems—this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingSet up, install, and maintain computer hardware and softwareTroubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network devicesSupport and maintain legacy and current systemsPerform hardware replacements (including disk swaps on enterprise systems)Handle installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC work)Test and certify systems and applicationsWork with ticketing systems to track and resolve issuesCollaborate with Help Desk/Service Desk to resolve escalated problemsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-siteWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of IT support experience (or strong technical training/recent grad)Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshootingStrong organizational skills and a solid work ethicAbility to follow processes while also thinking independently to solve problemsNice to Have:Certifications (A+, Security+, Apple, Dell, etc.)Experience with ticketing systemsMobile device deployment (iOS/Android)Hardware/software deployment or repair experienceWork EnvironmentPrimarily non-driving role, but occasional travel between nearby sites may be requiredWork performed at a secure government locationImportant RequirementsMust be a U.S.
