NJ 07733 Pay Rate: $25 - $30/HRPrimary day-to-day responsibilities will entail creating and resolving desktop issues for First Energy employees onsite and remotely.Primary duties will include standard desktop/laptop break/fix items. Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status.General daily tasks include:Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using the client provided ServiceNow tool.Top 2 required skills are great customer service and desktop support (Win10 and Office 365).Work schedule: (M-F) 8am-4:30pm.
