(Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite desktop and end-user support across multiple healthcare facilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issuesSupport Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devicesPerform break/fix troubleshooting and incident resolutionComplete Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) for workstations and equipmentDeploy, install, configure, and replace desktop hardwareSupport operating system upgrades and desktop refresh initiativesTroubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network-related issuesMaintain hardware and software inventory recordsDocument work performed and update ticketing systemsDeliver excellent customer service and technical support to end usersKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Minimum 2 years of desktop support or end-user computing experienceExperience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environmentsStrong troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsExperience supporting Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of LAN/WAN networking conceptsExperience supporting mobile devicesStrong communication and customer service skillsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience working in a hospital, healthcare, or patient-facing environmentServiceNow or enterprise ticketing system experienceOperating system deployment and upgrade experienceTechnical consulting experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldMicrosoft certifications and/or CompTIA A+Four or more years of desktop support experienceOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
