Imaging of laptops when needed. Sending and Receiving equipment. Updating/Resolving tickets in Service Now.Top 2 required skills that candidates must have: Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365). Work schedule for this position: (M-F) 8am-5pm.
