Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in Cincinnati, OH. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Mason, OH office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users
- Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues
- Hardware and software support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required.
- 2+ years of experience working with Entra ID and O365
- Experience with hardware, asset management and imaging new computers
- Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
