Please see below for full details:Job Notes:5+ month contract / extendable and perm possible with good performance.ASAP start dateOnsite in Cambridge, MADrug & Background required.Hours: 8am – 5PM (Mon-Friday)Scope of Job:Liaison with business users (scientists, laboratory staff) to coordinate activity timesTroubleshoot hardware and software used in laboratoriesWork with internal IT and vendors to ensure laboratory systems are compliant with company standards, policies, and best practicesDocument and maintain hardware/system inventoryRequirements:Experienced with scientific software, hardware, and laboratory or medical instrumentationExperience supporting systems in scientific, pharma, medical industriesAbility to work autonomously to solve problems and be willing and able to take on new responsibilities as neededMain Responsibilities:Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.Perform a complex range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.Provide Technical Leadership in own specific area of expertise.Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards to meet business and customer requirements.Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customerWhy Choose Merge IT?
