Job Description:
- Support the deployment, setup, configuration, and quality checks of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals across multiple departments.
- Manage device inventory, asset tracking, and updates in the ServiceNow Asset Management portal.
- Perform laptop/desktop imaging, software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and break-fix support.
- Assist end users with Windows, Outlook, network, printer, and application setup while coordinating with vendors and department contacts.
- Maintain project documentation, inventory records, status reports, and equipment recycling activities while ensuring timely device delivery.
