In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for end users across Deaconess Health System, helping ensure the technology our caregivers, staff, and leaders rely on remains secure, reliable, and efficient.As a senior member of the desktop support team, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, support hardware and software deployments, serve as a subject matter expert for assigned technologies, and help drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
