We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation.Location: Philadelphia, PA - 19104 (Onsite - 5 Days in a Week)Job Type: ContractJob Summary: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for end-user systems running Windows 10 and Windows 11.Perform imaging, configuration, and deployment of Windows-based hardware.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.Manage and maintain hardware inventory, including tracking and asset management.Support IT projects such as device rollouts, upgrades, and refresh initiatives.Utilize ServiceNow for incident, request, and asset management.Follow and apply ITIL principles in daily support operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery.Maintain clear and effective communication with users and stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated hands-on technical support experience.Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.Experience with system imaging and hardware deployment.Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.Basic understanding of project coordination or project management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
