Our client is a well-capitalized quantitative trading firm with an established presence across global financial markets. As they continue to scale their operations, they are seeking a Senior IT Engineer / Technical Operations Administrator to oversee core IT infrastructure, end-user technology, identity and access management, networking, and operational support.

This is a hands-on position offering broad exposure across systems administration, cloud applications, endpoint management, security operations, and office network infrastructure within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Administer identity and access management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, access reviews, and authentication controls across core business platforms.
• Manage and support enterprise SaaS environments, collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and day-to-day technical operations. 100% MacOS environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and firewall appliances.
• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, account access, endpoint management, and connectivity-related issues.
• Support security-focused operational initiatives while maintaining documentation, asset inventories, vendor relationships, and IT best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging $100,000 - $150,000.
