Desktop Support EngineerProvide 100% on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users. Install, configure, and maintain Windows and MacOS operating systems. Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Manage user accounts, email, and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Support enterprise applications, including Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, etc. Assist with IT asset management, including inventory and procurement tasks. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
Update and patch software to ensure cybersecurity best practices. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users. Use ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for issue tracking and resolution. Work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Preferred: Experience with remote desktop tools, scripting, and prior enterprise/corporate IT support.
