This role provides technical support, consultation, training, and helps develop enterprise technology standards, supporting end-user devices across all organization levels and IT teams. Knowledge of client/server operating systems, mobile device management systems, and desktop support software is required.
The Desktop Support Engineer follows established procedures, workflows, and tools to provide support and customer service for systems aiding patient care and Freeman Health System operations, offering technical assistance both remotely and on-site. Additionally, the role involves leading team-level projects, training team members, and assisting in strategic planning for complex systems.RequirementsCandidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify.
