They will be sitting with users to make sure their existing laptop files are migrated to OneDrive and help training on new equipment's Apps, features and functionality.
Requirements: work onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA 5+ years of Desktop, laptop service experience familiarity with Microsoft applications: OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams experience migrating files. experience supporting end-users with training, troubleshooting and general IT support requests. proven experience with positive customer service and IT support
