Desktop Support Coordinator
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000
We're looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Coordinator to join a team supporting a large enterprise user base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and working across a variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Troubleshoot and support Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments
- Image, deploy, and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage and resolve tickets through an ITSM platform
- Support device provisioning, onboarding, and workstation deployments
- Create documentation and assist with technology projects and rollouts
- Partner with other IT teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Required Experience
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Windows 10/11 support
- ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools
- PC imaging, device deployment, and printer support
Preferred Experience
- Microsoft Intune
- RFID scanner support
- Cisco or networking experience

- Fully onsite in Milwaukee
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start time
