The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft applications while ensuring excellent customer service and minimal downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for desktop and laptop systems.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions through Active Directory.Perform system upgrades, patching, and asset management activities.Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.Required SkillsExperience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.Knowledge of desktop hardware, imaging, and deployment tools.Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
