Desktop Support Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Consultant to assist with a large-scale Windows 11 rollout, hardware refresh, and office relocation project. This consultant will work closely with the IT team to deploy and configure new laptops and desktops, migrate users to Windows 11, set up technology in the new office environment, and provide deskside support throughout the transition.
The ideal candidate has strong desktop support experience in a corporate or professional services environment and is comfortable working directly with end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting technology deployment projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the deployment and rollout of Windows 11 across the organization.
* Configure, image, deploy, and replace laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and related peripherals.
* Support the migration of users from existing hardware to newly deployed equipment.
