Job Description:
Seeking a customer-focused Desktop Analyst to provide onsite technical support to end users.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of desktop support or help desk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.
- Troubleshooting, ticket management, and user account support.
- Experience supporting Zoom meetings, conference rooms, and A/V equipment.
- Must be a local candidate available for onsite work.
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
