We have an upcoming temporary Desktop Support project that requires travel.
Project Dates: November 8-November 21
Position: Desktop Support Technician
Duration: Approximately 2 weeks
Travel: Travel required for the duration of the project
We're looking for a hands-on Desktop Support professional who is comfortable traveling and providing onsite technical support in a fast-paced project environment.
Responsibilities may include:
* Providing onsite desktop and technical support
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
* Setting up and deploying computers and peripherals
* Supporting users with technical issues and questions
* Assisting with equipment moves, installations, and configurations
* Documenting issues and resolutions
Ideal Candidate:
* Desktop/Help Desk support experience
* Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
* Comfortable working onsite and traveling
* Available for the full November 8-November 21 project
* Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing project needs
