This role is expected to:
- Own the user experience design for your portion of the AEO Inc. digital portfolio.
- Design end-to-end digital products and A/B tests that generate revenue with consistent and standardized design processes and exceptional execution.
- Partner closely with UX architects, product management, developers, and copywriters to design end-result high-fidelity experiences and prototypes in a collaborative working team environment.
- Ensure all designed features are accessible, inclusive, and meet legal and compliance requirements
- Review work with leaders at various project stages in design reviews and one-on-one's to improve the output, efficiency, strategic thinking and quality of work.
- Employ excellent understanding of UX methodologies and modern UI design trends, principles and best practices.
- Interact with developers with a pixel-perfect eye to fine-tune CSS styling, functionality, and interaction design in frequent QA working sessions.
- Ensure that both the AE and Aerie brand aesthetics and voices are brought to life across every digital experience and channel.
