Designer Partnerships Manager

Rise Fashion Events is seeking a Designer Partnerships Manager to lead designer identification and partnership development for upcoming curated fashion presentations.

Rise operates as a private, invite-only platform. This role is not about volume-based sales. It is about identifying designers aligned with our standards, positioning the opportunity appropriately, and guiding qualified candidates through a selective onboarding process.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone with experience in fashion partnerships, brand development, or premium sales environments who understands how to communicate exclusivity and long-term brand value.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and initiate outreach to designers aligned with our brand positioning and quality standards.
• Conduct qualification and alignment calls to assess fit and readiness for participation.
• Present curated participation opportunities and clearly communicate value, expectations, and investment.
• Close and secure designer partnerships for upcoming shows and future cycles.
• Lead confirmed designers through a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain an organized, active pipeline with consistent follow-up, accurate tracking, and weekly performance reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in fashion sales, partnerships, or related field
• Strong communication and positioning skills
• Comfortable presenting premium-priced opportunities
• Self-directed, professional, and results-oriented
• Understanding of fashion industry dynamics preferred

Compensation & Structure

Contract | Performance-Based

• $500 monthly retainer contingent on meeting defined weekly activity and pipeline benchmarks
• Tiered commission increases and performance incentives for exceeding targets
• Uncapped earning potential tied directly to results

Performance Review:

• 90-day performance evaluation based on activity consistency, pipeline development, and secured partnerships
• Continuation, compensation adjustments, or termination determined by performance outcomes

Compensation structure reviewed after 90 days based on performance.
