Product DesignerWe are one of the fastest growing toy and collectibles companies, and we are looking to bring on a designer with strong design fundamentals and a detail-oriented approach. This role focuses on maintaining the visual consistency of brands while supporting production, development, and packaging execution. The designer must be comfortable managing technical artwork, communicating with factories, and ensuring that packaging and labels meet both creative and production requirements. To be successful in this position, you must be disciplined and self-motivated, provide excellent creative ideas in line with current trends, show significant attention to detail, and work well with a dynamic team. This role is based in El Segundo and is a hybrid position with three days onsite in the office.
Responsibilities include creating and adapting international product labels, developing and maintaining product and packaging label files, supporting photography needs, preparing final packaging overviews and production-ready design packages, communicating directly with China-based factories, creating 3D renderings and product visuals, supporting the construction of packaging samples, mockups, prototypes, and presentation models, and reviewing proofs, samples, and factory submissions.
