Design And Presentation Creation Specialist

Payrate: $53.00 - $53.34/hr. We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in design and presentation creation. This role requires expertise in visual storytelling, scalable design systems, and the integration of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact sales presentations and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design of sales presentations, including pitch decks, client proposals, and executive keynotes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Research, and Product teams to translate complex data and capabilities into clear visual narratives.
• Develop scalable presentation templates and toolkits to ensure brand consistency across the organization.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and visuals for advertising products and solutions.
• Maintain and elevate brand standards in all sales marketing assets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional design experience, focusing on presentation design within ad-tech, media, or creative agencies.
• Portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design and data visualization.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including Slide Masters and custom layouts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Skills

• Expertise in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides for creating polished presentations.
• Strong storytelling ability to create compelling infographics and visual narratives.
• Experience integrating Generative AI tools into creative workflows.
• Passion for creating scalable design systems and reusable templates.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $53.00 - $53.34/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
