About the Role:
Integrity Care Solution Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced Designated Manager to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver high-quality care services to those who need it most. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the care services program in accordance with state and agency guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations and licensing requirements
- Supervise, train, and support direct care staff to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing agencies, audits, and compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting as required by regulatory bodies
- Foster a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for clients and staff
Requirements:
- Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Designated Manager in a home care or disability services setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare or human services
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota home care licensing rules and compliance standards
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or elderly populations preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in documentation, care planning, and case management practices
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
