What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations, program oversight, and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites
- Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D
- Provide training, support, and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections
- Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served
What You'll Need
- Competency to perform the duties as required, AND
- Minimally meet the education and training requirements identified in subdivision 2, paragraph (b) of the Minnesota statutes, AND
- Have a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered practices
- Strong time management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
