Job Description
nCreate Manufacturing Test plan for program builds.
nCollaborate with the research hardware team and external CM/JDM vendors to create a test plan, which sets design verification test requirements and deliverables.
nTrack the design verification program schedule, set milestones, and identify risks with mitigation plans to meet program needs.
nAnalyze/review test data + design validation data and evaluate with the design team.
nWork with CM/JDM to monitor the readiness of manufacturing test fixtures during the build phases and integrate schedules with the overall project schedule.
nCollaborate with Manufacturing Test, ME, EE, OE, REL, and System Software teams to identify test requirements and milestones and communicate with the program team.
nEnsure technical coordination between the internal hardware team and CM's/JDM's and align requirements and deliverables.
nMitigate schedule risks and drive integration to align with the overall project schedule.
nDevelop new capabilities to enable analysis of test data, providing a clear view of system level performance against product KPI's.

nSkills and Requirements
nBachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
n5+ years of experience in system level testing, hardware testing, and software test tool development.
nExperience with test equipment and measurement techniques to verify and validate product requirements.
nProficiency in Python with familiarity of best practices (linting, typing, unit testing, etc.)
nProject management skills to track and communicate status of all project work.
nExperience using version control (SVN, Git, hg, etc.). Experience working in Consumer Electronics and/or battery powered devices.
nUnderstanding of electrical schematics and system architecture to analyze and improve test coverage at system level.
nExperience working with Qualcomm chipsets for mobile applications.
nExperience developing Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines for testing of hardware devices.
nExperience with Python testing frameworks (unittest, pytest, OpenHTF, etc.).
nExperience with automating Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems (LabJack, National Instruments DAQmx, DEWESoft, etc.).
