Design Verification Engineer
Job Description
The role involves developing, executing, and managing verification plans for complex embedded systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strong SV/UVM expertise
- AXI/NOC/Ethernet/PCIe/UCIe Switch expertise
- CPU ARM/RISC-V with C knowledge
- Regression & Coverage Closure
What We Are Looking For
- Execute complete verification projects, mentoring, client communication, in‑depth technical reviews, and close tracking of technical and management aspects.
- Provide guidance on developing UVM‑based SV testbenches, defining block, subsystem, and SOC top‑level test plans; PCIe, NVMe, NAND, DDR and CPU sub‑systems and verification methodologies, flows, and quality metrics.
- In‑depth knowledge and experience; solve complex problems using existing solutions.
- Works independently with minimal guidance and acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
- Contributes to process improvements and provides informal guidance to junior staff.
- Senior engineer with 5–7 years related experience and a 4‑year degree (or 3 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience).

Compensation
$95,900.00 – $176,000.00
Work Arrangement
Fully OnSite. Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
