Focusing on the implementation and advancement of Revit and BIM practices, the full-time remote Design Technology Manager will manage internal templates, provide training, and support project teams in utilizing digital design workflows effectively. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain internal Revit templates and drawing standards while promoting best practices Organize and maintain BIM Collaborate Pro for design teams and facilitate training for new hires Support project teams during design phases and provide ongoing training on Revit and other design software Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a closely related field 8-10 years of experience in the AEC industry with a minimum of 6-8 years using Autodesk Revit 4 years of experience managing firm-wide Revit and BIM Collaborate best practices Expert knowledge of Revit and Twinmotion, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup WELL AP certification, NCIDQ certification, or relevant industry experience preferred
