Design of automotive Seating component parts in CATIA V6
Develop and execute Seating system requirements for Automotive (Cars and SUVs)
Complete and release Seat components, sub-system and detail designs (Back Frame, Cushion frame, Foam, Trim, Plastic)
Collaborate with key Seat component suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive seating components
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies
Perform feasibility and packaging study
In‑depth knowledge of Plastic and metal tooling
Design of automotive Exterior trim component in a DRE role
Develop and execute Exterior Trim system requirements for Automotive (Cars and SUVs)
Complete and release exterior components, sub-system and detail designs (Bumper, Facia, Cladding, Garnish, Spoiler etc)
Collaborate with key Exterior system and plastic component suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive exterior / bumper components and subsystem
Knowledge of Plastic manufacturing technologies
Perform feasibility and packaging study
In‑depth knowledge of Plastic tooling and hands on experience in Catia V6 required
