- Strong communication skills; this role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including active listening and effectively voicing concerns.
- Experience in the design and development of BIW (Body-in-White) stampings and assemblies.
- Ability to understand and interpret forming simulation reports.
- Basic CAD knowledge to support effective communication with design teams.
- Good GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) skills.
