Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 mechanical engineers responsible for the design and development of new and existing products from concept through production
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Distribution, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure on-time product delivery
- Drive initiatives to meet cost objectives and exceed quality expectations across all product lines
- Build and continuously xhqgsiq improve engineering processes while maintaining project timelines
Key Requirements
- BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, and product launch within consumer products
