Leading the vision for the ServiceNow brand, the full-time Design Director will oversee brand design across all channels, drive the global brand identity, and elevate design quality while fostering an inclusive design culture in a flexible or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Drive the global brand identity for all ServiceNow products and services to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability Lead a high-performing team to develop original brand systems and design solutions for a global audience Influence Marketing, Product, and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems and improve integrated approaches to execution Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in design, building consumer brands globally 7+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members Experience leading with creative vision and driving brand solutions to business problems Expertise in integrated design work across various mediums including traditional, product, packaging, and experiential Proficient with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Miro
